1. Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Address updates must be handled by our team; customers cannot update addresses directly with the delivery services. Please email info@clickandgotyres.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp (+44 7345 150 750), and our staff will assist you as quickly as possible.

2. Can I change the delivery date?

The ability to change a delivery date depends on the specific courier service once the tyres have left our facility. While we cannot directly modify the courier’s schedule, some services may allow you to adjust the date via their tracking portal. If you will be unavailable, we recommend asking a neighbor to accept the package for you.

3. How can I make adjustments to my scheduled fitting appointment?

To reschedule your appointment, please email info@clickandgotyres.co.uk with the following details:

1. Full Name and Order Number

2. Phone Number

3. Original Booking Info and Requested New Date

We will coordinate with the fitting partner to accommodate your request. Please note that if tyres have already arrived at the location, a retrieval fee may apply to move them. Appointments can usually only be moved once the tyres are confirmed as delivered and the fitter has availability.
