Return & Refund Policy: Click And Go Tyres

At Click And Go Tyres, we want to ensure you get the right rubber for your vehicle. If you have purchased the wrong size or changed your mind, our return process is straightforward, provided the conditions below are met.

1. The 15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of purchase/delivery to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed since your transaction, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. The “Non-Fitted” Requirement (Strict Rule)

To be eligible for a return, the tyres must be in the exact condition you received them.

• No Returns if Fitted: Once a tyre has been mounted to a rim, fitted to a vehicle, or driven upon, it is classified as “used.” We do not accept returns for tyres that have been fitted. * We strongly advise you (or your fitter) to verify the size on the tyre sidewall against your vehicle’s requirements before the fitting process begins.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@clickandgotyres.co.uk or call us at 020 8050 7978. You must provide:

1. Order Number (Found on your invoice)

2. Full Name

3. Proof of Purchase (Digital or physical invoice is mandatory)

4. Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs to return your tyres to our warehouse. Tyres must be sent to:

Once you have dispatched the item, you must provide us with the Courier Name and the Tracking Number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received at our London warehouse and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

  • Note: Original shipping or call-out fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Out of Stock Policy

In the event that a purchased product is out of stock, we offer two primary solutions:

• Alternative Substitution: We can provide a different tyre of the same size and equivalent grade (Budget or Mid-range).

• Full Refund: If no alternative is suitable, we will issue a full refund. Please note that refunds processed via our payment gateway typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
